		<description>Hi girls
I&#039;ve been reading Sandys blog for about half a year now and it really changed my life. 
I stopped self destructive thinking and I began to really take care of myself.
Today I love every part of my body.
Today I like the way I look and I am proud of myself.
I never thought this could be true or easy.
I never thought this could happen to me.

I&#039;ve had a negative body image ever since I was a teenager. That feeling of &quot;I&#039;m not good enough the way I look&quot; shadowed me every day. I went through the whole dieting crap for more than 20(!) years and I even thought this was normal!!!
Today I know it is NOT. 
We are just fine the way we are born. 
We are beautiful the way we are NOW. 
It is all about health and NOT about weight. 

The only thing we need to do is to listen to our bodies. Forget about all the experts telling you what or how much to eat. The only wisdom we need is in our bodies. We just need to tune in to them.
I really recommend &quot;Health at every size&quot; by Linda Bacon. THE book you need to read if you have any body image or &quot;weight&quot; issues. Read it and you will loose them very quickly without dieting.

Sandys blog was a big turnig point for me. So that&#039;s why I think every woman should subscribe to her 10 day course. It provides a lot of great information and it helps you to REALLY make that shift. EFT is just amazing and it&#039;s so easy to learn. It&#039;s no woodoo but I still think it&#039;s pure magic sometimes :-)
The best thing is, you can use it on every other issue you might have.
So girls, go for it and tell your friends!
And let me know how you are doing.
